founder of ME TIME THERAPY, and I have been living and working in Paphos for the past 3 years. I am a Medicinal and Sports Massage Therapist, having completed a 2-year accredited massage therapy course before continuing my education at the Sport University in Budapest.
My studies focused deeply on human anatomy, the muscular and skeletal system, and injury mechanisms -- not only during my massage education, but throughout my university years as well. At university, I studied Physical Education and Therapeutic Training for 3 years, where I learned how to apply therapeutic and strengthening exercises for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term performance improvement.
Apart from my academic background, I have an extensive sports history, especially in boxing, which I practiced for 15 years, many of those at a competitive level. Years of competition gave me first-hand experience with overuse injuries, muscle pain, recovery challenges, and the physical and mental demands of high-level training. Even back then, I clearly understood the importance of massage therapy and recovery work as essential parts of athletic performance — not just as a treatment, but as prevention.
After moving to Cyprus, I developed a strong passion for running, which I have been practicing seriously for the past 3 years. I have completed several half marathons and a full marathon, experiences that exposed me to the high physical demands of endurance sports and the importance of proper preparation, recovery, and movement efficiency. Through my own challenges, I became deeply interested in running injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.
This led me to dive deeper into running mechanics and injury patterns, complete a Running Rehabilitation Masterclass, and continuously educate myself about running technique, load management, and movement efficiency — all essential for both performance improvement and injury prevention.
In addition to massage therapy, exercise therapy, and boxing-based training, I also provide gait analysis services. Gait analysis allows me to assess walking and running patterns, identify muscle imbalances, faulty movement strategies, and hidden causes of pain, and create targeted strategies to prevent injuries, support rehabilitation, and optimize movement.
