How It Works?

Questionnaire

This helps me gain a clear understanding of your physical condition, injury history, running background, and goals, so we can ensure the best possible starting point.

Video

Training & Running Cycles

You will receive your first training and running cycle by email, including tailored cues and targeted exercises. This marks the start of your journey — depending on your individual progress, there will be 1 to 3 additional cycles to complete the full process, track improvements, and adjust the program accordingly.
